Responsibilities:职责
1. Answer phone calls and greet visitors with professional manner efficiently;
接听电话并以专业的态度接待来访者;
2. Coordinate business travel and make relevant arrangements;
协调商务旅行和做出相关安排;
3. Control the expenses and invoice, fuel tolls fee, etc…;
控制费用和发票,燃油交通费等等;
4. Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and agenda as required;
协调会议,准备必要的材料和议程;
5. Provide other administrative/HR support as required.
提供其他行政/人力资源支持的要求。
岗位要求:
1. Ideally 2 years working experience, while fresh graduated is also welcome;
两年工作经验,应届毕业生亦可;
2. Excellent English and Mandarin in speaking and writing;
良好的中英文听说读写能力;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
优秀的沟通和人际关系;
4. Able to work as a team player, and work with other staff members on big projects;
能够作为团队的一员,和其他工作人员在大项目工作;
5. Strong computer skills in MS Office, advanced skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience with MS Visio and Adobe Acrobat is an asset;
良好的计算机OFFICE运用能力,熟练运用MS Word,Excel、PowerPoint,MS Visio和Adobe Acrobat者优先考虑;
6. Pleasant personality, self-driven, hard-working and well organized;
性格开朗,自我驱动,勤奋和良好的组织;
7. Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrated effective time management skills;
能够满足最后期限,并证明有效的时间管理能力;
8. Demonstrated ability to solve some complex problems within an ambiguous environment;
