Job Purpose:
In line with the ‘People’ Critical Success Factor, CQL aims to increase employee engagement through a number of
activities. This role is pivotal to the coordination, planning, implementation, measurement and communication of the
CQL Employee Insights Survey, internal and external communication and all activities related to employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Position has responsibility for some or all of the following duties: Coordinates the timely and accurate communication of company news, business related issues and company objectives, to all CQL employees. Obtains leads and gathers information for internal communications, translates those important corporate and division news and communicates to local employees.
Investigates, writes and prepares articles and facility communications for publication or production in a format that generates employee interest. Determines the most appropriate methods to communicate with the entire facility. Methods include newsletters, video, e-mail, brochures, bulletin boards, etc.
The role is also responsible for coordinating and implementing general communication tools, Weekly News, Biweekly News, communication platform. And delivering CQL stories to EMD, COD communication team.
Additionally, the incumbent plays a key role in coordinating the Employee Insights Survey process for CQL. This involves: organizing the quarterly random Employee Insights Survey and full census survey, ensuring that all employees are made aware of the overall EMD & CQL results and the results of their local area through various communication media, driving the Employee Insights Action Planning Process across CQL.
Concepts, develops and organizes plant events such as All Employee Meetings, EMD Leadership Forum and Corporate Social Responsibilities activities.
