This position is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages while ensuring guests receive optimum service in accordance with the Hilton standards, policies and procedures
本职位要求在服务生能为客人提供有效率以及专业的服务,在符合希尔顿国际酒店务标准的前提下保证向客人提供周到的服务,令客人感到舒适满意.
1. Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
熟悉掌握菜单知识并可以自如的向客人做以介绍。
2. Be able to correctly identify food dishes.
理解正确的饮食搭配,并可以向客人提出合理的建议
3. By completing room service checklist in product knowledge.
达到送餐服务要求的产品知识水平。
4. Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests.
根据客人的不同国籍,推荐菜单上食品
5. Be able to make suggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities.
能够正确的指认出各种不同的食品
6. Undertake steps/process to ensure that all in room dining are set to the standards. This also includes communicating with the Chefs about Daily soup and special dish, and then inform the magic centre
遵守服务程序,保证每个送餐都按照服务标准。及和厨师交流每天例汤和特殊菜式并告知服务中心。
7. By ensuring everything is clean and tidy in Room Service.
保证各种设备设施的清洁,随时可以对客服务
8. By assisting bar & restaurant attendants & kitchen staff where required and carry out any reasonable duties requested by the Supervisor/Manager.
按照主管或经理的要求,协助饮料服务员及厨房员工
9. By completing Room service checklist on preparing the department for service.
根据送餐服务标准的要求,完成餐厅对客服务的准备工作
10. Answer the phone in the correct manner
以正确的标准的方式接听电话
11. Guests have appropriate cutlery before each course is presented.
确保客人每道菜配有正确的餐具
12. When delivering food to rooms, knock twice introducing yourself as room service.
在进入房间之前,需要敲两次门,并介绍自己的姓名以及部门.
13. Greet guests with a smile and ask if you may enter the room?
客人开门之后要对客人微笑,并询问是否可以进入房间.
14. Ask the guest “where the tray or trolley is to be set/ where should I put the trolley/ where would you like your meal to be placed?” If the meal is on a trolley, fold the sides out to increase the guest’s eating area
询问客人对推车或托盘摆放的要求:“您希望将托盘/餐车放在哪里?/您觉得在哪您觉得在哪里用餐最合适”
