Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Provides, helpful, friendly & prompt personalized telephone service to all customers (external & internal).
为所有的客人提供有帮助的、友好的及个性化的电话服务(外部及内部客人)。
Ensures immediate response and process to the fire alarm as per organizational standards & policies.
根据酒店的标准和政策,确保及时回应和处理火警问题。
Ensures all wakes up calls & reminds calls are promptly & accordingly attended to.
确保所有叫醒电话和提醒电话及时准确和直接参与。
Ensures prompt, courteous & accurate service to all guests, so as to maximize customer satisfaction.
确保客人能够得到及时、有礼貌的及正确的服务,从而最大限度地满足客人。
Job Specification职位要求:
Good communication skills and service oriented.

Fluent in English.
