1. Organize & coordinate the Employee Relationship related activities, services: Conduct Employee Relationship Daily Work smoothly & effectively within company’s expectation; Design & implement company wide Monthly Employee Relationship activities based on the business needs.
负责组织并协调公司员工活动并提供相关服务:负责保质保量、按要求完成员工活动相关的日常工作;根据业务需求设计并实施公司每月的员工活动。
2. Organize and schedule TECR (TE Corporate Responsibility) activities, programs, services, including internal customers, external customers and logistics to ensure smooth process of the TECR services.
安排并组织TECR(TE社会责任)相关的活动,项目和服务,通过内外部的沟通及安排确保公司TECR相关工作顺利开展。
3. Identify, negotiate and manage companywide organization (e.g. Departmental Training Coordinators, BBBS, Internal Trainers etc.), vendors and supplier relationships.
负责与相关供应商联系并与其合作完成相关工作。
4. Maintain & Manage companywide related data
维护并管理公司相关数据
5. Collaborate with and support both internal and external projects.
