Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Registers and rooms guest as per reservations. In the absence of reservation, offers guests suitable accommodation.

In response to guest queries, gives out information regarding hotel services and facilities, the “extras” offered, factual information regarding events, people, accessible places of interest, historical and cultural points of interests, cultural and entertainment performances.
回应客人的询问,根据酒店服务和设施给予相关信息,要做到超前服务,例如像事件,人物,附近的名胜古迹,文化,娱乐表演中心等等。
Recommend and ensure key service standards for the hotel Front Desk department.
确保酒店前台的主要服务标准。
Post check in checks the updated PSB.
登记上传住客资料信息。
Updates guest registration cards and guest profile details in opera.
在opera系统中更新住客住宿信息和身份信息。
Job Specification职位要求:
Good communication skills and service oriented.

Fluent in English.
