Primary Responsibilities:
•Assist in shop floor employees recruitment (meeting room reservation, reception, document archive etc.)
•Assist in training arrangement (Training data input and consolidation, training notice preparation, training coordination, attendance record etc.)
•Take charge of new employee on-job training
•Prepare HR notice, statistics OT meal from each department, coordinate shuttle bus arrangement
•Company activity assistance
•Admin fee check and make payment
•Other administrative tasks requested by HR team
Qualifications:
•University degree education background
•Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
•Good learning skills;
•Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking;
•Proficient in MS office;
•Can make 6 months or longer, 3-4 working days per week is preferred
