岗位职责：
1. Set up and update WI for plating process;
2. Responsible for Trouble shooting;
3. Provide the training for the technicians and operators;
4. Improve existing process to increase quality and yield;
5. Create and maintain the BOM for new product;
6. Evaluate and develop new processes and chemistries to reduce cost and improve quality;
7. Conduct the preparation of sample for new project;
8. Participate in FMEA;
9. Control precious metal consumption.

1.Technical proficiency in Microsoft office;
2.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
3.Positive attitude, initiative, creativity;
4.Analytical and problem solving abilities;
5.Good command of spoken and written English;
6.Bachelor degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
